If you’re new to yoga, you’ll find my classes are gentle and relaxing - yet energising and strengthening. You’ll ease into yoga practices, releasing any physical, mental and emotional tension whilst also developing inner strength and balance. We'll focus on movement in the body, breath, mind and spirit.
If you’re an experienced yoga practitioner, you’ll find my classes encourage you to evolve, grow and progress as I support you to deepen your practice, as and when you are ready.
All my classes provide an enriching balance of practices that work together to promote inner calm alongside physical and mental wellbeing.
You’ll find my approach is particularly effective for managing health, focus and posture - easing symptoms of overwhelm and anxiety.

£35 per hour for block booking
or £40 per hour
